By registering for, accessing, or using the LMU AI service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.1 LMU AI is a third-party API relay and account management service that provides access to large language model APIs (including models from providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI, and others as listed on our website) via a unified interface and billing system.
2.2 We are not an official partner, reseller, or representative of the underlying model providers. Availability of specific models is subject to change and is governed by the upstream providers' own policies, which may result in us suspending or discontinuing access to any model at any time.
2.3 We will provide notice of material changes to the scope of the Service via our website, in-app notice, or the contact details you provided at registration.
3.1 You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
3.2 One account is for use by a single individual or entity; you may not sell, transfer, or share your account.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4.1 The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis, as described on our pricing page.
4.2 Subscription plans are one-time purchases without automatic renewal; whether to renew is entirely your decision.
4.3 Refunds are governed by our Refunds Policy.
You agree not to:
5.1 Use the Service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, or that promotes violence or hatred;
5.2 Reverse engineer, decompile, or maliciously scrape our systems;
5.3 Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written authorization;
5.4 Use automated means to circumvent our billing, rate-limiting, or security controls;
5.5 Use the Service in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or other laws.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of content generated using the Service. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any model output.
The software, interfaces, trademarks, and documentation of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Rights to content generated through underlying models are governed by the respective model providers' policies.
7.1 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific model access, upon notice where an upstream provider changes its policies or for our own operational reasons.
7.2 In the event of a service disruption caused by us, we may, at our discretion, extend your plan term, credit affected usage, or refund the affected amount.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via our website or account notice, with a reasonable notice period. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of Section 5. Remaining account balance will be handled per our Refunds Policy, except where termination is due to a violation, in which case refunds may be withheld.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
